William H. Frey is currently Senior Fellow with the Metropolitan Policy Program
at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC. He is also a Research Professor
at the University of Michigan Population Studies Center and Senior Fellow with
the Milken Institute in Santa Monica, CA.
The PRB, in addition to providing summaries (text and graphical) of demographic
